Return Policy:
Our shippers check and double check each package before it ships, but we're human and mistakes do happen.
- If its a shipper's mistake: We will resend the correct order and a return tag / box to return the wrong product.
Either email us or call us (716)-710-2132 to report the error.
- If its a mistake on your part: In this case, let us know and we will reship what you wanted to purchase.
(In most cases, we will reship the correct brand / style and recharge you for shipping)
- Return the package and ENCLOSE your packing slip telling the shippers the error, and write in the correction the shipper needs to make.
Note: Only Full Cartons or Unopened Bags / Cans can be returned.
No return authorization number is needed, just send it back within 30 days of receipt, and the shippers
will get this corrected and sent out ASAP.
